She always gave us summaries from open houses: how many people or families came, how many are interested, and who will want to come see the house again. After we had the home inspected by the relocation company’s 3rd party inspector, Jen provided us a list of contacts and contractors who could remedy the few issues that came up in the inspection report. The people we hired to do the repairs were very knowledgeable and their prices were even more reasonable. This was another aspect of the relocation where Jen and her network of contacts and connections helped us out immensely! We vacated the home prior to receiving an offer due to my relocation, but Jen did what most other real estate agents would not do: she stopped by the house every other day and collected our mail (I was a bit late in going to the Post Office to officially change our address), ensured that everything with the house was still OK, and did any prep work for new showings, in case something was left out of place during a previous walk-through. An offer was finally submitted to us in less time than the area’s average time on the market. The offer was in line with our expectations and with what Jen originally mentioned would be a reasonable selling price she provided in the Broker’s Market Analysis. All in all, my wife and I are completely and entirely satisfied with Jen’s work as our listing agent. As a relocation ‘customer’, Jen removed all of the stress associated with owning a vacant home in another state. Were we to come back to the area, we would not hesitate to choose her as our agent again! My experience with Jen started off great and never changed. From our very first meeting her professionalism and experience showed. She was very matter-of-fact and up front with us, not afraid to tell us what needed done to get our house sold. We were impressed and on board with all of her feedback and our house sold, if you ask me in record time. And with the purchase of our house Jen and her assistant or very punctual and organized and accommodated us in every way. We also had a few unique situations pop up that were handled amazingly by Jen and her team. I would recommend her services to anyone I know buying or selling. The process of buying and selling is not always an easy one but when you’re working with someone who cares about their job and also about their clients it takes away the stress and makes the experience enjoyable. My house sat on the market for 8 months with another broker or agent with minimal activity, It was completely updated and move in ready but we just weren't getting enough showings. I hired Jen after hearing her marketing plan and seeing her excitement to get my house sold. She suggested staging so we staged it and she hired a professional photographer to come in and take pictures. With the staging, the amazing photography and her superior marketing our house started getting the showings we needed. In less than 2 weeks our house was under contract. She took care of everything so I didn't have to take off work to be at the house. Melissa was prompt and punctual through out the entire process. Every question was answered in a timely fashion and they were extremely informative. If something came up with the lender she handled it instantly. If there was any question about anything she had it answered! Every piece of paper was explained to the T. Every part of the negotiations with the sellers to me as the buyer were clear and concise.. She instantly knew about the neighborhood and knew it was a safe and perfect for me. From the very beginning Jen was always just a phone call away. She started by coming to our house to let us know what we needed to do to get it ready for the most investment back. She was very helpful with having contacts in every aspect of selling our home from carpet cleaners to new window installers and everyone in between. This was the first time we have ever sold a house. I had heard so many horror stories from other people about how stressful the whole process is and I was not looking forward to the experience. Not enough stars in the universe to rate Jen Mascaro! Jen sold our house in an undesirable neighborhood in 6 days for over asking price. She then found our dream home and helped us close in 15 days. Jen found us a one-floor-living patio home we had been looking for East of Pittssburgh and we bought it, and she sold our house we had lived in for 29 years, even though the first prospective buyer got all the way to the week of closing and then withdrew, citing loss of her mortgagor. By the weekend, Jen had fielded three more offers and we took one and closed on that sale five weeks later for more than the original offer that had fallen through. Jen is knowledgeable, stayed with it and did the legwork, despite her pregnancy and childbirth in the middle of all this. She was back at work about a day after delivery!

Cindy is very knowledgeable of the Pittsburgh real estate market. She listed my parents house as we were selling it when they moved into a retirement village. Jen was great to work with! I can be very indecisive and ask a lot of questions Jen quickly and efficiently answered every one of them and was extremely helpful the whole time.
